A little about who I am and how I work.
I'm an IT professional specialising in network security and infrastructure, with hands-on experience across cloud systems, ICT support and network administration.
Most recently I worked as an ICT Support Technician at Austin Health, supporting clinical teams, medical devices and hospital infrastructure. I studied a Bachelor of Information Technology (Networking Major) at Melbourne Polytechnic, and I love building secure, scalable solutions that connect people and technology.

TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS and LAN/WAN connectivity, switch ports, patch panels and cable tracing.

Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID and Citrix.

Service desk tickets, SCCM deployments, Windows imaging, printers, VoIP and phones.
